Last week the weather was cooler than normal so my mom and I took Mads to the zoo for the day. It was the first time that she got to go into the petting zoo portion and as the pictures show, she really liked the goats! It was neat to see her just go right up to them and pet them. Plus she also got to brush one as well!
This is the best one we could get of her and one of her new barnyard friends.
We also got to ride the train for the first time as well! It provided a nice breeze and we also got to see some animals that we didn't get to that day.
She came away with a monkey puppet for the day. Not the most flattering picture of her but the monkey looks cute right? :)
And here she is, laughing up a storm as the monkey "talks" to her.
The zoo opens at 9am now so we're hoping to go again soon when it's a cool day!
