Mommy & Mads

The other night Madelyn and I went out for a girl's night! Jessie joined us too as you can see above. When I was pregnant it was just Adam and Madelyn that got to hang out and do fun things a lot of the time because I was at home taking it easy and not doing a whole lot of walking. So now that Jack is taking a bottle well I've been trying to get some time with just the two of us so that she feels special and so that she is getting some time with just me. The other night we went to dinner at Outback together and then went shopping for her new spring and summer clothes. We had such a good time! While eating she looked at me and said, "Mommy, are we going to get dessert?" Haha, how could I say no to that? She picked carrot cake which she had never tried before and we loved it of course! Looking forward to another girl's night soon!
