Eclair Dessert

Last night we went over to Aunt Fuss's house for bbq chicken and potato casserole. Yum! I took a new dessert. I'd had it before a few times when I was younger but had never made the recipe myself. I made the Eclair Dessert in the picture below. It was sooo easy and sooo good! I did all of the sugar free and fat free options and it was still delicious! Yum! Ingredients:
-2 3 oz pkg instant french vanilla pudding (can use sugar free)
-3 cups of milk (can use skim)
-1 8 oz container cool whip (can use sugar free)
-1 box Graham crackers (can use Low Fat)
-1 container of chocolate frosting (can use reduced sugar)

Directions:
-Combine pudding with milk
-Mix well
-Fold in Cool Whip
-Beat 2 mins
-Place layer of whole grahm crackers in 13x9 pan
-Cover with 1/2 of pudding mix
-Top with second layer of crackers
-Spread remaining pudding over crackers
-Top with 3rd layer of crackers
-In microwave heat container of chocolate frosting at 30 sec intervals until just melted enough to be able to easily spread or pour onto the top layer.
-Put in refridgerator for at least two hours before serving
