Madelyn's first trip out on the boat!

Yesterday was our first trip out onto Lake Cumberland for the summer! We went to eat at the Harbor restaraunt first and feasted on grouper fingers, fried banana peppers, and yummy sandwiches. It was nice that we ate first because there was no wait! From there we went out onto the boat. It was hot out and sometimes hard to find the shade but once we were moving, it was great! Madelyn went right to sleep! No surprise as the motion and sound of the boat were white noise and right up her alley. She woke up towards the end and was awake as we parked the boat. Below is a picture of us on "The Perfect Split." When we got into the car for me to feed her, I held her head up against the air conditioning vent and she got a HUGE goofy grin on her face. She was happy for sure to be cooling off! :)
