Mother's Day @ the Cincinnati Zoo!

For Mother's Day on Sunday, we all went to the zoo. Our zoo crew consisted of myself, Adam, Madelyn, my mom, Adam's mom, and Adam's Aunt. We had such a good time! It was a little crowded due to mothers getting in for free but we all still got to see everything that we wanted to, so it was a successful day for sure! Madelyn's favorite of the day had to be the carousel. With our passes, we get to ride for free, so that was nice. She rode on a black jaguar with dad and a shark when she was with me. She has a lot of fun going around, and around, and around.

Just as we arrived we saw elephants up close!

Throughout the day, we saw so many peacocks putting on a show for us! They were so pretty!

And here is what was possibly the most popular attraction of the day: we got to see the zoo's new baby giraffe named Zuri! She was almost 6 feet tall and 110 pounds when she was born. WOW!!
