Adam and I have officially decided this week: We are putting up our house FOR SALE as soon as possible. We've been kind of thinking about it for awhile and just trying to decide when the right time was to do it. We've got nothing to lose to go for it now though so we are. Already I've repainted Adam's bathroom and we have plans to re-stain the deck, reface our kitchen cabinets, and replace a set of our sliding glass doors. We are meeting with a realtor in a few days before vacation and when we get back it's really full steam ahead as far as cleaning, de-cluttering, and just following our realtor's advice in doing anything we can to hopefully get a fast sale in the next few months. It's going to be a lot of work between the house, Madelyn, and going back to school but if we can pull it off it'll for sure be worth it!!!***ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY???*** :) :)
