Madelyn enjoys a tent!

Here is Madelyn's 43 week picture. She is getting harder and harder to impress and to sit still when we take these pictures. But how crazy is it that we only have about 9 more weeks left. Wow! It looks like she's saying, "Really dad? You're going to have to do something better than that!" Here's a great shot, but not showing the sign.

Yesterday we went over to visit at my mom and dad's house for the afternoon and to watch some of the super bowl. We had some yummy jalopeno cheeseburgers and awesome baked potatoes as our meal. We also had brownies and ice cream for dessert. Yum! Below, Madelyn enjoys some time sitting on my dad's lap and smiling for the camera:

We also got out a tent from the garage. I had bought it for just a few dollars when I first started teaching. Haha I guess I didn't know how big it was because I think I had envisioned putting it in a classroom one day. Well I cleaned it off and put it in their living room and right away Madelyn crawled through one of the openings and went inside. She really liked it!
