24 weeks= V Day!

Just look at that little face! I can't get over how cute he is! This morning when I went in for my doppler ultrasound for Jack's brain, the ultrasound tech asked if I had time to have her get a 3D shot. Ummm YES! We hadn't had one in four weeks and I just couldn't believe how much different he looked. So much like a...real baby. That probably sounds silly but he looked just amazing. It was a great way to start out the day. He has a nose JUST like Madelyn and Timmy's! Tomorrow I will be 24 weeks along, known somewhat as Viability Day! Before 24 weeks, hospitals, doctors, etc. will rarely try to save a baby if they are born before that time. Legally, they don't have to. However, once you reach 24 then they are considered to have a somewhat more considerable chance at survival and they will try. Fingers crossed they we don't even have to worry about this of course, but it's still an important milestone.
