A lot of new things!

We've had a lot going on around here the past week or so! As you can see below, Jack got to go on his first ride on the pontoon boat on Lake Cumberland! He really liked it and smiled and laughed the whole time! He was a good sport when it rained a little bit too. It was a really fun day! Madelyn found a rope and pretended it was her "rescue rope" like Diego. It kept her occupied for the entire time we were on the boat! Too funny!

Additionally, in more new news, Jack has a third tooth and has a fourth that's coming in and giving him a little bit of trouble. They are both his "fang" teeth instead of his two middle teeth. A little bit out of order for those two come in after the two bottom ones, but not all that surprising since Madelyn's teeth came in with the same pattern.  I just hope that the infant ibuprofen we're giving him is helping enough. He's been a little bit more clingy than usual. BUT, that could also have to do with the fact that in just the past three days he has started on all formula. It made me really, really sad to have to be finished nursing him but with school starting in just a few weeks, it was time to switch over. :(  There was just no way for me to keep losing an hour and a half a day to pumping.  :(  Makes me sad that he's growing up so fast but 7.5 months is a really good start for him from the breastfeeding.
