Our Trip to Gatlinburg

We had a great trip to Gatlinburg last week! We were away for four days and stayed in an amazing cabin that had just enough room for all of us. As you can see below, Mads really liked the tub! It had been a long time since I had been to Gatlinburg and I know I was happy to find out how much there was to do there for us! Can't wait to go back sometime soon, hopefully next year, and try even more new things!
Here, Mads poses with her water and an anhor shirt that actually used to be a dress, given to my be one of my friends. Adorable!

Look what Madelyn and I did! There was a HUGE ferris wheel there and it went 200 feet into the air! Mads had NO fear and was nothing but excited! I love that she loves to ride rides. Having been pregnant with Timmy and then with Jack the past two summers I think this was the first real "ride" that I've been able to do with her. We loved it!

Here is our panoramic view from the top.
One of our favorite things that we got to do was visit a Titanic museum. It was absolutely AMAZING. We could have spent many more hours there for sure! There were no cameras allowed inside but one of the coolest things that we got to see was the actual violin that the musician played as the ship was sinking. I always remember hearing that story as a child and then seeing it in the movie. That the musicians played together as the ship went down. To see the actual violin was amazing!
Here, Mads poses in front of the Titanic and iceburg.
Here is just ONE of the Titanic's anchors.

Another day we went to the Ripley Aquarium and it was cool too! Below, Jack gets close to a penguin, he "drops an elbow" on Madelyn, and almost gets eaten by a Tyranasaurus Rex!!!

Jack and Adam at the aquarium. They're happy to take in all of the new sights!
Madelyn and Cheyanne pose by a triceratops.
Love this picture of Mads looking at all of the fish!
