Well....33 weeks as of tomorrow... WOW!!! That means only 7 more weeks if she would be on time. The kiddos at school are getting excited as there are just 50 links left for us to tear down together. Crazy to think that we started out with something like 192 when I told them that I was pregnant? Funnily enough many of them keep commenting on how "big" my "belly" is getting. And many of the little girls say goodbye to me at the end of the day and either wave or pat my stomach and say "Bye Madelyn!" to say goodbye to her as well. It really is enough to melt your heart. Just waaaaaayyyy too cute!
A few fun stats/facts for this week:
How far along? 33 weeks!
Weight gain/loss: Up 22 lbs
Maternity clothes? Yes! Still have a lot of sweaters that I can get by with that aren't maternity. Those are my faves!
Sleep? Getting much more interesting between the jaw pain and waking up every few hours
Best moment this week? Watching Adam go "wow!" when she moves enough to make my whole stomach roll and move
Movement: She moves most often when I'm really hungry and right when I start to eat as if to say, "Mom I can hear you chewing, get that food down here!"
Food cravings: Doritos (although we have none at home), Pistachios, ice cream bars
Gender: Still a girl!
Belly button in or out? Halfsies. The top is out. The bottom is still in.
What I miss? Putting on my socks and shoes quickly. I'm starting to slow down with everything!
What I am looking forward to? Madelyn's ultrasound on Friday!
Weekly wisdom: Don't tell a pregnant woman that you can tell her butt is getting bigger! (Yes, the custodian that cleans my room told me that!)
Milestones: Just 50 days left as of today!
In some other news, I have been having some crazy painful jaw issues for about four days now. Hurts all of the time and makes it hard to talk, eat, and sleep for sure! The pain goes from where my jaw meets on the right side to up to my ear and along all of my teeth. I am now on an antibiotic in case it's due to a sinus infection. I'm also off to the dentist tomorrow to see what he thinks. Could be the jaw loosening in reaction to pregnancy hormones or a case of TMJ. We'll see what he says. I just hope there is something to do about it! Fingers crossed! It's not so much fun to have to ice your face/cheek/jaw with a package of frozen peas constantly! :(
