One of my online friends gave me a link of how to make a tutu and it was soooo easy and it only cost about $10 to make. That's about half the cost of what I've seen them online for. I'm thinking that a tutu would look adorable in her newborn picture perhaps! (NOT the one at the hospital but a later one.) Here is Madelyn's new bear modeling the finished product:

Here are the rolls of tulle that I rolled and cut apart. I then tied them on to the ribbon.
Tied the ribbon in the back and all finished! :)
