Brrrr! A cold trip to the zoo!

We went to the zoo this morning even though it was only 45 degrees or so when we got there. However the sun was out and we were bundled so it was a good day. We got a lot of good pictures while we were there! Here are Madelyn and I posing in front of the rhinos:Mads and Adam take a turn here:

Mads currently loves running down hills. Any hills that she see, she gets such a kick out of running down them. Here, she runs down the hill next to the giraffes, on our way to see the flamingos.
The caption for the peacock below is, "Hey! Let me in! It's cold out here!"
There were so few people at the zoo this morning that we were able to ride the train two times in a row. Mads was happy about that. She loves when the train goes really fast at one point. She kept laughing so hard!

We also rode the carousel (of course) many times as well! The okapi provided lots of fun for us!
Haha, who knows what we're laughing at here, but we both found it funny! :)
The next time we go it could be time for the Festival of Lights! YAY! :)
