Just heard back from the pediatrician about Timmy's autopsy results. Everything that was listed as a cause for death was caused by the abruption and related to traumatic blood loss and shock because of it. Among the things listed was the servere pulmonary hypertension, enlarged liver and spleen, blood in lungs, etc. I could go on but they're just words. It breaks my heart that he would have been a perfectly healthy baby boy if not for the abruption. :( Our poor little guy. He would have been 8 weeks old today. :( In general it's fitting that we heard this news today. Mondays in general are always so, so hard. Every morning it runs through my mind that Timmy would have been a week older. I always think of what Madelyn did each week that I documented her growth through pictures and I can't help but wonder what he would have been doing each week as well. Additionally, as hard as the weekends can be because of almost too much time to sit and think, sometimes Mondays going back to work are just as bad because not only are you still dealing with the pain in your heart, but now you're dealing with everyday life on top of it...
