24 Weeks =6 months & Nursery complete!!!!

Well here we are! 24 weeks today = 6 months of pregnancy! Woo hoo! Getting closer and closer! It's definetely been an interesting week, that's for sure! I'm finally feeling better so I'm really thankful for that! Above is the latest shot of me from this morning at 24 weeks: Smiling and feeling better!

As for Madelyn, she's about eight and a half inches long and one and a half pounds, gaining steadily at a rate of six ounces per week. Much of that weight comes from accumulating baby fat, as well as from growing organs, bones, and muscle. By now, that fabulous face is almost fully formed, complete with eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair. Is your she a brunette, a blond, or a redhead? Actually, right now her locks are white since there's no pigment yet. Adam and I are both dark haired now but when we were younger we were both blond, so who knows what she'll look like???

Also, we got Madelyn's nursery pretty much finished! All of the decorating is done, now on to the organizing, washing clothes, folding, etc. Lots of pictures are below!

A view from the doorway....Here's the infamous glider! TWICE now they have sent me the wrong color cushions. NOT happy about this brown color, but no worries! They are sending me the correct light pink cushions for FREE and they are on their way!

And there's our Gizmo. We keep the door to Madelyn's room closed but she does have a tendency to come in and explore when she can...
